Went to 22 Maju for string and left with a shopping list. Here's what was actually on the shelves, and what I was there for in the first place.

The Kizuna Wall and the Hybrid Plan

What I actually came for was the Kizuna wall. They had the full range hanging — Z58, Z61, Z63, Z66, Z69T — which was the whole reason the trip was worth it, because you can pick a combo instead of taking whatever's left in the drawer. The plan I walked in with: a hybrid setup, Z58 in the mains and Z69T in the crosses.

Two Rackets on the Shortlist

The two rackets I was going back and forth on were the Apacs Hard Hitter Pro (4U, head-heavy) and the Li-Ning 9000 Power (also head-heavy, stiff). Both are the same idea approached from different directions — heavy up top, with no free power if your timing is off. I also spotted the Victor DX-12 ZSW on the rack while I was there.

The Rest of the Shop

If you're planning a trip yourself: the stringing machines are in-house, so it's not a leave-it-a-week situation. There's a grip and wristband wall with Yonex and Victor down low and Li-Ning and the rest up top, a full bag wall covering Yonex, Victor, Li-Ning, and Maxbolt, and an accessory wall for jump ropes, shuttle keychains, and the small stuff. Older models are still hanging around too, which is usually where the deals are.
